1 Before Your Appointment

Confirm appointment time and location Review your loan documents ahead of time Bring compliant ID (all signers) Prepare payment for signing services Note any questions for the notary Know how you will receive proceeds (wire transfer or check) Have your wire information ready (bank name, routing number, and account number)

2 Day of Appointment

Bring valid government-issued photo ID Have Social Security number available Allow adequate time for the full signing Ensure all borrowers are present
